Applications
Use of any Venture Ink application is governed by the end user license agreement and any additional terms presented within or alongside that application. Where no separate agreement is provided, the standard Apple-licensed application end user license agreement applies.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Venture Ink LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site.
Governing law
